Unfortunately, we cannot modify billing addresses, payment methods, or delivery details after you’ve submitted your order. If you need to make changes, please cancel your order (if it hasn’t shipped yet) and place a new one with the correct information.

Our recent payment system security upgrade may cause issues with older browsers. We recommend using an updated version of Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox. If you continue to experience problems, please reach out to our Customer Support Team for assistance.

For registered users: Sign in to your account and navigate to your Orders page to cancel any unshipped order.
For guest checkouts: Use the “Track your order” link in your confirmation email to request cancellation.

We typically only charge your card when your order ships, which allows time for cancellations. However, if your payment was already processing when you canceled, the charge may have gone through. If you didn’t receive a cancellation confirmation email, please contact our Customer Support Team to resolve this issue.

Once we’ve sent your dispatch email, your order is en route with our shipping partner. You can track your package’s progress using the “Track Your Parcel” link included in your dispatch email.

We accept returns within 60 days of purchase with valid proof of purchase (receipt or dispatch note). Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. UK customers can use our Freepost return address, while international customers may need to arrange their own return shipping. Please note that we currently do not offer exchanges.
